Having experience of the property management and sales teams (in particular Rachel Chin - property management, and Alex Stelbovics sales) I have had no hesitation of recommending both to friends and acquaintances. I have enjoyed a very high level of professional services from Alex and value his advice. He is well and truly in tune with the market and his recommended strategies are not based on a quick commission. Rather they are aimed at the best result for his client even if that means deferring the sale to a better time. To my mind he is the true professional and, based on my experience of his services over a few years, I will not hesitate to remain a client. Rachel did a great job in providing advice regarding a strategy to make our investment home unit marketable and then quickly found great tenants to fill it. She has ensured that the unit has been maintained (by both the tenant and us) so that it is in great condition at all times. Recently the tenant gave notice of a planned move and Rachel very quickly sought and secured other tenants. The unit will be vacant for just a day or two between the previous tenants leaving and the new ones coming so there will be almost not interruption to the rental stream. A great effort but at a level we have come to expect from Rachel and the very much "can do" team .
