Kristie was a competent agent and our experience was generally positive. Kristie demonstrated good communication throughout the process and kept us well informed throughout. We were not entirely happy with the initial 'valuation' accuracy as we ended up settling for a figure less that what was originally 'guaranteed' by Kristie. We also feel as though some issues with the house could have been identified earlier had a thorough inspection taken place, and included in the sale contract- resulting in some last minute stress and financial outlay.
