We are from out of town and didn't meet Allan face to face at all. We found he was pleasant on the phone and kept us up to date with what was happening and was quick to return phone calls. His suggested value of the property was fair and reasonable to us as sellers and buyers must have thought so too as we had 2 buyers make an offer in the first week and we excepted one of them

I found Ron Clark to be honest in his appraisal of our property. Not an easy task in our current economic environment. Ron always acted professionally not only when giving us advice but also with feedback after each inspection. He gave us timely notice before each inspection, something I really appreciated.
