When selling our Dad's home, we selected Emily as she was initially responsive. However, we were repeatedly disappointed with her service throughout the weeks that followed. We were told to contact the photographer ourself when we realised that the package Emily had recommended, did not include enough pictures of all rooms and the second yard. There was no offer for weekend openings, and no service when we requested the keys be collected from the house on the weekend as we had travelled from interstate . We do not recommend Emily or Seaview.

We sold our first house with Allan, and he was incredibly supportive the whole way. Helped us with photographs, got us a price we were happy with (considering we didn’t want to spend any extra getting the house ready for an auction) and once offers came in was extremely thorough in relaying them through to us, and allaying our concerns over various details.
