My husband, Brenton, and I recently purchased a fabulous house in Portland. I rang Allan one afternoon asking to see the house. Allan rang me back within 10 minutes with an appointment time arranged. His knowledge of the house and his very professional attitude and demeanour made the choice to buy the house, very, very easy. It was also pleasing to know that he worked with the seller equally as professionally as he did with us. Living in Melbourne and Brenton being in Western Australia made for tricky time management to ensure all the documents were received, signed and returned within an acceptable time frame.
