Kylie was fantastic during the sale of this first purchase - she was always on communication straight away and was able to assist in negotiation about furniture and other items that made the sale much smoother. Thank you for your assistance Kylie I would recommend your expertise to any person looking to purchase a home. PS: The only thing I would suggest was when I had the builder on site it would have been great to go through with him alone so that we could discuss items that needed work in private, although having said that I very much trusted Kyle and she respected out chat.
