I've been a tenant with Position for 5 years now and the leasing and property management team have been amazing through every process, especially Alex. She is always excellent and efficient with communication and very quick with processing maintenance requests and following up when necessary, her emails always make me laugh. Alex has gone out of her way to ensure my change of tenancy process ran smoothly, even coming in on days off and emailing after hours for ease. It's really taken extra weight off my shoulders during a stressful time. I've previously dealt with Nicholas, who has always been kind and professional as well. The leasing manager, Rahil, has also been great to deal with, he's very quick and efficient with organising inspections. I'm glad that my new tenancy is still with Alex and Position Property, as I can remain calm and confident that I'll be taken care of in the years to come in my new rental.
