Great customer service.. in person

While I don't expect the agents to revolve their world around me, I can't say it's been a 10/10 experience. Pros: - Communication in person is clear, polite & respectful. - Professional presentation overall Cons: - Once my property was listed, I felt a bit of pressure to settle for the first person to view the apartment. There was plenty of interest in the first week & I wanted to wait. I am new to being a landlord but not new to real estate as I was an agent myself in the past. I felt like I was hurried whether it was the agents' intention or not. - I have to send multiple messages (reminders) or chase another agent to get an answer to simple questions.

Professional follow through

Owning a property but living abroad means I need to rely on the management agency to handle my rental property well. Samantha and her team have been very professional and have taken care of all the business associated. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Positive experience

Renting through position Property has so far been a very straightforward, easy and professional experience. This would be my 2nd time renting with this agency in the last 15 years and wouldn't have any issues in recommending them to friends or family.
