Having seen Zach's sales results across a lot of high-end homes and townhomes through the inner 10km Ring, I had clear instructions for Zach on price expectations and to run a cost effective Marketing Campaign. Zach was very upfront in what he felt was realistic, but had the goal to push for the highest price for a 3-level townhome in Everton Park and the FABLE complex.
