Brad and his team have been great at providing tips on how to present the property and their photographer takes incredible photos. The property I was selling, was a tough unit to sell, in a very hot market. Brad handled my frustration well and took the time to provide a realistic explanation of why he believed the property was not selling. Brad and his team work very hard to sell this property. I was very impressed when Brad and his team finally met a buyer. They did everything necessary to ensure the unit went under contract while providing me with ongoing updates.
