We hired Brad and his team to sell our rental unit. Brad was able to lock in a buyer after the first open home at a price that exceeded our expectations. When the buyer asked for a quick settlement, Brad was able to negotiate a fair outcome for early exit of our tenant that also suited us. Then came the tricky part……our tenant went missing.
