Tom is one of the best agents I have come across, he has an honest approach with a high standard of professionalism and made the whole sales process easy. He achieved more than what I was expecting and a record sales price for my building! My open was on Saturday and he sold my property the following Monday with a great result. Suzie went above and beyond to get the best price for my father's apartment. She helped with the renovations and was always available and there when I needed her. She has excellent knowledge of the market and not only got us an amazing price that exceeded our expectations (by a long way!) but sold the property in less than a week. Seeing the prices of similar properties in the area I think you'd be crazy to go with another agent.
