Fantastic Agent and Agency - We are very happy vendors!
We would like to recommend The Professionals Real Estate Agency in Pottsville to anyone looking to sell their property in the area. We chose Shannon and Katie Kofoed from The Professionals to sell our townhouse in Pottsville because we were extremely impressed with both of them right from the time they initially came to our house to do an appraisement of our property. They were very professional in every possible respect - their personal presentation, the detailed research they had done in preparation to coming to our place (in terms of all recent sales in the area and how our property compared with them) and the genuine interest they showed when viewing all the various rooms/ areas of our townhouse. The fact that this agency is a family based business was also very attractive to us and that family-orientated attitude was reflected in the care and concern and attention to detail that they showed throughout our sale process. Shannon and Katie were very clear and detailed in their explanation of all aspects of the sale procedure right from the beginning and throughout the whole process and their friendly approach made us feel very comfortable in terms of asking any questions at any time. They were very confident in the approach they recommended for our sale including their suggested listing price and having inspections by appointment and we were happy to be guided by them - with excellent results! Our property had one “inspection by appointment” time and from that came an offer of the list price (on that day) and in less than 2 weeks our sale went unconditional! We have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Shannon and Katie Kofoed from the Professionals at Pottsville to anyone selling in the area. Great agent!
We had been searching for a property for over a year when we stumbled upon this property. During that time we came across a variety of agents - from those that didn't return calls right through to individuals that bombarded us with emails and calls every single day. From the first email right through to collecting the keys to our new home, Shannon and his team have been incredible to deal with. Prompt at responding (calls, emails and text), all inspections were set up quickly, he provided us with all information we requested, and the turn around time from offer to acceptance was incredibly fast. As a first home buyer we had plenty of questions, and Shannon took the time to explain every part of the process (and ultimately ensured we were quite relaxed and comfortable instead of being stressed and confused). We were really impressed with the way the sale was handled, and felt that he managed the balance between buyer and seller effectively - with both parties happy with the result. We have recommended Shannon to all our friends and family (and will continue to do so)! He's the best agent we've ever come across!

I'd certainly recommend Katie and Shannon
Friendly, approachable, straight forward... the entire process was easy and ran very smoothly from inspection through to handover. No negotiation was undertaken, it was list price or no offer - a bit unusual but hey, they are fortunate to be selling properties on the north coast of NSW where this is likely to be the norm particularly in this price range.
