Sale of an investment property in Burnett Heads.
Nathan's knowledge of the local market is second to none. He is vey positive about the growth of the local and surrounding areas and he is up to date with all of the Council rules, regulations and improvements. Was quick to respond
Look - let's be honest here, agents don't have to do much work to sell something in the current market and a lot of them can't even be bothered to get back to you. Not in this case though, Nathan was straight back to us from our initial call and followed up immediately with documentation enabling an offer that secured the property. He was courteous and prompt so you can't really ask for more than that. I would be happy to work with Nathan again and would recommend his services to others.
