Nathan and his team showed professionalism from our initial meeting to settlement day when we recently listed our house for sale. From our first meeting Nathan was easy to talk to and very upfront re cost etc. He knows the local market and we couldn’t be happier with the result Nathan achieved. Highly recommended.

Nathan was the epitome of what an agent should be. Attentive and always available, best of all he always returned calls and his follow up was impeccable. Nathan went out of his way to help us in a unique situation, he showed patience, empathy and was very genuine. He has a personal touch that truly makes you feel confident. He goes out of his way with the extra things not for the recognition but because he just wants to help . He is very knowledgeable and his experience shows. Our experience with him and his office (Heidi) was streamlined and stress free. If you want an agent you can trust and treats you with genuine care this is the one.

After doing some research 1½yrs before we were even ready to sell our house we just kept coming back to Nathan & the team at Powell Property. When it came time to sell Nathan and the team were awesome! They sold our house with in 2wks for more than what we were expecting. So if your after a realestate agent that follows through with what they say, Nathan @ Powell Property is the fella for you!
