My wife and I needed to buy a home to suit “our lifestyle”. We were wanting to use our new home for our base to travel. We needed a smaller home that was suitable for us and our lifestyle,Nathan Powell and his team took the time to help us all. They helped us every step of the way. Nathan and his entire staff were always available to answer any questions we had and really took the time to explain the whole process with each of us. Buying our house to suit us wasn’t an easy task, but Nathan Powell and his team made it all possible and helped us through this journey. They are a very dedicated team that will go the extra mile to meet you and your families needs. It was truly an awesome experience to have Nathan Powell on our side

Whilst it is difficult to juggle the friendly, helpful yet professional juggling act between a seller and buyer, my experience with Nathan was exceptional. Backup from the ever reliable Heidi in the shop, the people behind Powell Real Estate were a joy to deal with. Highly recommended…6 stars.

Nathan Powell was extremely easy to deal with from the moment we told him we wanted to sell our home. He provided us with both historical and current market figures and always kept communication open and transparent. What you see is what you get with Nathan. His professionalism puts him above others in his field. He ensures that the sale is what you want - not a "quick flip" for the agent - no pressure to accept the first offer. He was always on target to achieve our goal for us. He is aware of what emotions you are going through at this time and he is there to put your mind at ease. Would highly recommend Nathan to anyone looking to sell (or buy).

As a buyer, we found Nathan helpful in all aspects of the purchase. His communication with us was always professional, and he returned our calls promptly. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he also made time to answer all of our questions. He liaised with the sellers making sure and additional service required we required was delivered. We certainly have no issue recommending Nathan.

We asked three agents to appraise our home for sale. Nathan was the best prepared and the most friendly. He also offered advice on how to get ready for sale, from minor repairs to photography and how to present our open homes. His attention to detail made a huge difference. The marketing materials were all excellent quality. The photos by Rebel Heart Photography were absolutely stunning. The premium marketing campaign got our home lots of interest, and we had good offers early. Nathan and Heidi were in constant communication. They were always accessible, promptly returning our calls and emails, and provided us with regular updates. They understood what we needed, and worked so hard to ensure that everything ran smoothly from the pre-open all the way through till settlement. Selling a home is stressful – Nathan was very reassuring throughout. We appreciated how he looked after us at every step. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Nathan’s positivity and next-level people skills make him the best agent we have ever dealt with. We cannot thank Nathan and Heidi enough for their exceptional service. We highly recommend Powell Property.
