Dean was on the ball marketing the property during a period of low confidence in the Sydney property market. He conducted many mail outs and was in contact with any prospective buyers on an ongoing basis. He contacted me every several days to provide feedback from the market. During this period the Sydney market was experiencing a great reluctance and there were many bargain hunters looking for a distressed sale. Dean managed their expectations and culled the time wasters quickly. Overall Dean was pushing the property to all prospective buyers to give it the best exposure possible.
