Peter is an amazing agent who I felt completely comfortable in trusting every step of the way. As my first experience selling a property, I really felt that Peter went above and beyond my expectations here, and I was very surprised at the depth of his understanding of the market and my property specifically. This was an incredibly smooth process where Peter guided me at every step, from exiting my rental tenants to listing and selling. Crucially, Peter was able to deliver a result within a week of listing the property at a very good price, enhanced by the current difficult market conditions as well as seeing how other similar properties in the area have been listed for longer in comparison.
