As a first home buyer, I have had some rather unpleasant interactions with some realtors. This being ignored, passed off to talk to another person I’ve brought along, or even being asked if I could afford this place. Buta has addressed me professionally as a buyer and has gone out of his way to find out additional information about the place. He has as well established confidence within me to trust and continue following up with the property due to his calm and easy going approach. He is always following up with his prospective buyers and even makes adjustments according to his buyers work schedules - proving that he himself respects the buyers and their busy schedules. To top it off, he would ask who and speak directly to the buyer of the place rather than aiming each answer and question to the other individual. Once we entered into the cooling period and settlement periods, Buta has been available to answer any of my repetitive questions and has gone out of his way to schedule more walk-ins of the place for measuring and a walk around of the place for familiarity.
