Mel's knowledge of the real estate market on the mid north coast was exceptional, her price guide was spot on allowing us to set the right price to achieve a sale in a difficult market. She had to change tack a number of times to achieve a positive result for us. Mel's connections for staging and photography of the property had our place standout with her online marketing, without which we would not have achieved the price we wanted.
