I cannot recommend Marie Grima highly enough! From the very beginning of our home-buying journey, she went above and beyond every step of the way. Her responsiveness was truly unmatched — whether it was early mornings, late evenings, or weekends, she was always just a quick message or call away. Her communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, which made the entire process so much smoother and far less stressful. What really stood out was how deeply she cares for her clients, along with how knowledgeable she is. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Instead, she advocated for us at every turn, ensuring that we felt confident and informed throughout the entire experience. It's rare to find someone so dedicated, attentive, honest and genuinely passionate about making sure her clients are happy and satisfied. Thanks to her tireless efforts and expertise, we have now finalised our purchase — and we couldn’t be more grateful. If you're looking for an agent who will treat your home search as if it were her own, look no further than Marie!

Kari has been an absolute star throughout the entire journey of owning my property. She managed it seamlessly while it was rented, always ensuring that both the tenants and I were well looked after. Her communication was prompt, her attention to detail was second to none, and I always felt confident that the property was in good hands. When it came time to sell, there was no question that Kari was the right person for the job. She handled the sale with the same professionalism, care, and dedication she showed during the rental period. Thanks to her expert guidance and hard work, the sale process was smooth and successful. I’m incredibly grateful for everything she’s done—Kari is trustworthy, capable, and truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Due to the complexity and price point of our house, Alex used several different marketing strategies and ideas to market and sell our house successfully.

Conny really showed what a honest, hard working person can do. Ours was not a easy sale, and there where many issues way outside the responsibility of a real estate agent to deal with. To her credit, Conny never hesitated to step in and help out. She truly showed the value of dealing with a local, who doesn't just care about making a quick sale, but in making life long friends in the community. To her credit, she met, and even slightly exceeded my realistic expectations in regard to the final sales price. But it was all the other things she did, which you would never expect a agent to do, that really impressed me. If I had another property to sell in NSW, would I use her again, in a heart beat.

Marie Grima came highly recommended to us from a personal friend who had previously sold two properties with her. We found Marie very easy to work with and we were very happy with the sale she achieved for us. Throughout the sales process, she communicated very well and we were always kept up to date with buyers comments and any other feedback. She liaised with our tenant and tenant's agent and the process was seamless. Marie is dedicated and very hard working.

Jade's local knowledge is excellent. She found out what we wanted and hunted it down for us. She navigated communication between us the buyer and the seller. She took into account the complexities of us selling our farm in Qld and making it come together within the sellers expectations and time frame. Jade's communications is "On Point". Keeping in touch regularly throughout the whole process. Representing the sellers requirements and price expectations and working within our time constraints. Jade was professionally appropriate at all times. Engaged by the seller and representing their desired outcomes and at the same time, finding out about what we wanted and how to marry it all together. Jade is highly recommended by us. Now in our new home in Dorrigo - we credit Jade with making it happen and are very grateful to her.

Norma was really helpful from the time we first indicated an interest in the property. She provided us with an excellent profile on the area and where everything fitted in and the background of the property. She went out of her way to meet up with us on a Sunday afternoon for the inspection and didn't rush us through the process. Once we settled on the price she co-ordinated the paperwork from the exchange of contracts and all the way through to settlement. Any additional information required during this process was provided accurately and promptly. We appreciated the high level of service and the fact that the whole purchase progressed so smoothly. We would recommend Norma for any purchase in the future !!
