My husband and I were very hesitant putting our new home that we built on the market which we love so much. We met with a few agents for appraisals but ghizlaine was the first who gave us an honest valuation not inflating our ego. She was extremely straightforward in what needed to be done before selling and we worked together swiftly to do everything she asked. And in return she was swift and punctual also showing she cared and valued the property we gave her to sell. She was always accomodating of us with restricted showings and sometimes cancelling due to family medical needs and was very understanding of the fact that we have a large family with 5 young kids. ghizlaine never gave us false expectations and always updated us after showings. Our house took longer to sell than expected but ghizlaine was always optimistic and positive calming our nerves when we were stressed. She sheltered us from all dealings with prospective buyers which was amazing always vouching for our property and its quality. She handled all negotiations saving us a lot of unnecessary stress only coming to us when the buyer had negotiated with her to their best offer.
