Incredibly efficient and genuinely caring agent who made the experience of buying my first home easy

Katie has created an agency with genuine compassion for those buying and selling property. After dealing with so many real estate agents who had little knowledge of the properties they were selling and who were difficult to communicate with, I am so grateful that Katie was the agent selling the property I fell in love with. I cannot fault her communication and willingness to help and answer my many silly questions. She is a wealth of information on almost any topic and actively seeks answers from other professionals for questions she cannot answer. Katie's recommendations of a trustworthy lawyer and building/pest inspector allowed me to form a team of people who made the process of buying my first home as easy as possible. I am so appreciative of Katie's offer of continued support as I settle into a new area, and the very thoughtful house warming gift she brought along on my settlement day. I couldn't recommend Katie enough and would not hesitate to work with her again in future.
