Alex was extremely professional and was in constant contact with me throughout the campaign. I didn't have to think about a thing and was happy to let him and his team run with it. His amazing team looked after all preparation, quotes and repairs and professionally dressed the property. It looked fantastic. I would definitely recommend Alex and wouldn't hesitate to use him again if I sell another property.

Sean worked hard from the time of listing through to the final sale. He exhausted all leads and ensured that we got the maximum sale price for the property. He kept us up to date all through the campaign and provided detailed reports each week as to the number of enquiries, viewings, attendence etc. We live in Europe and with the time difference, sean ensured that the sale was seamless. We could not have achieved this result without him. I highly recommend engaging him if you are thinking or would like to sell your property... you will not be disappointed.

Achieved a sale in quick time and the result met expectations. Support staff who helped prepare the property for sale were outstanding - a lot of work was done on a tight timeline. Excellent market knowledge.

Debbie and Thomas were both very pleasant to work with and I always felt they were working hard to sell my property. They communicated well and directly and found the perfect buyer.

We first met Alex by chance, when he sold a house in our street. 4 weeks later we had sold our house and bought a new home through him as well. I was very impressed by Alex and his team. At all times they professional and came across as a very functional team from the presentation any styling of our home for sale as well as meeting us at odd hours to see the new home. We were very happy with Alex in particular who called me routinely to keep me updated on all aspects of the sale.

Alex was able to secure us an amazing result more than $1,000,000 over reserve and the reserve was higher than any apartment had sold for in the building. He works tirelessly for the vendor, attended the property more times out of open for inspection times than in. Friday night and Sundays saw him still on the job. If you sell with anyone other than Alex you are not giving yourself the oportunity of a premium sale price.

Daniel’s professionalism, experience and positive attitude made the whole process a very pleasant one. He managed to successfully navigate a difficult relationship between myself and my ex- wife ,which resulted in a more than satisfactory sale price. I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone who wants to achieve the best price possible ,in the most professional manner. His negotiating skills with prospective buyers is very astute and intuitive. A very happy experience. Many thanks.Andrew.😁
