Over a 5 month period prior to the commencement of a formal sales campaign, Alex provided us with key market intelligence and guidance on sales strategy. Once we formally launched, Alex and his team ensured that we had excellent information on how the campaign was progressing, market indications and any amendments that were required. We certainly felt like we were his top priority. On the day of auction he ensured that we received the maximum price. We are extremely pleased with Alex and the PPD team's service and thoroughly recommend using Alex Phillips. We will be using him again for future property sales.

Before we had even started tidying up the place for sale, Alex had found the perfect buyer

Alex is the most professional agent I have ever used. With hi team every aspect of the sale was first class. Everything was done on time and we were notified how things were progressing with prospective purchases. The whole process moved along so smoothly the property was sold within 2 weeks well before the auction. Well done Alex.

I couldn’t have asked for more from Tristan. He made the sale of my property as relaxed and stress free as one could. This was due to his consummate professionalism. Tristan’s highly motivated personality is contagious and I always felt super confident in him to sell my home. I’d highly recommend Tristan and Jason to anyone who is wanting to sell their property

I recently worked with Anthony when I engaged him to sell my apartment in Randwick. From the moment that I met Anthony I was extremely impressed with his professionalism. Throughout the process, Anthony was in regular communication with myself and my Mum, and kept us in the loop at all times. I truly felt that he was working in partnership with me to achieve the best outcome.

We thoroughly enjoyed the journey dealing with Anthony and Courtenay Wong.We inspected the property on the Saturday and then negotiated an early pre auction purchase. There was transparency and honesty throughout the process. This contrasts with some not so good experiences in the last 12 months with other agents. We found Anthony very professional and accomodating. When we finally got to exchange contracts after hours to meet our busy schedules was not a problem. All our discussions with Andrew and Courtenay and all our interactions were pleasant and straightforward; no issue a problem.Having dealt with many real estateagents over the years this was very much a memorable experience in a positive way.

Friendly, helpful, fast, efficient. The sale of my apartment just over a week from the initial listing attests to this summing up. I contacted Alexander on the recommendation of a mutual friend, and I do not regret it. He and his associates did a great job.

Jason and Charlie did an excellent job selling our house in Nth Bondi. During a tricky period in the market and fluctuating buyer engagement, they built buyer interest and ultimately conducted a strong off-market auction when it would have been risky to run to live auction. We were very pleased with the advice along the way and ultimate result, and would definitely recommend them to others.
