From the moment we met Christian, he was different. I have seen my fear share of real estate agents given that I am one also. He at all times was upfront, honest, a pleasure to deal with and knew EXACTLY what he was talking about. We purchased from Christian when we were not even really looking to buy, we simply were going for a walk about the corner from where we live with our 7 month old son. Next thing I new, we have purchased a house and had to sell our property, Christian made for the only agent to get that listing and some 3 weeks later, it was SOLD. Even after both properties have settled, we still see and speak with Christian often, both my husband and I consider him a friend and will continue to do business with him for the foreseeable future. Although I have told Christian not to talk to my husband about any other properties coming on the market, who knows what would happen..... I can't recommend Christian strongly enough and can assure you that purchasing or selling through him and his team will leave you as Happy as we are :)

Selling our home was in our minds, however, we weren't sure if we should sell now or early in 2019. Several weeks later the house was sold at a price that we considered above expectation.
