Our only complaint with Alex was that we fell a long way short on the price he had advised was achievable - $3.05m vs a guidance of $3.3-3.6m. It became clear from the outset of the campaign that the expectation was set too high, and ultimately led to us having to make a very time pressured decision on the only reasonable offer we got on the table. Aside from that issue - Alex is an extremely hard-working professional, and made a big commitment to keep us informed and to be available to us. i was impressed that he remained our point of contact throughout rather than delegating to one of his team. His personal brand and the agency are very strong and well-regarded in our neighbourhood, bringing a lot of credibility and scale of potential buyers. While we didn't get the price we were told to expect, I'm confident Alex got enough people through and got the best price we could from the market at that point.

I am very pleased I appointed Doreen in the selling of my home. She was exactly the same from the sales pitch till the end of the sale, what you see is what you get. Doreen was great with her communication keeping me updated at all stages of the inspections and interested buyers and although I know she had other properties to manage I always was made to feel like I was the most important sale to her. I feel like she treated my property as if it were her own and gave it all she had. Im very happy with the result and wouldnt hesitate to recommending her to anyone looking to sell in the area. The other thing I love - is she is a local born and bred.
