The journey to sell our house (and use Alex) started many years ago. In 2012 we relocated from Sydney to HK and at that point we spoke to Alex about what was involved if we ever wanted to sell. Anyway, for the next 6 years he stayed in constant contact with us providing regular market updates, related sales and general trends/changes in the market. Once we decided to sell Alex (and team) were an extremely well oiled machine and for us, took away the stress of selling (especially with us being overseas). Sean Poche was my first choice as agent. As I discovered last time I had dealings with him, he once again showed an excellent and most professional attitude towards this sale.
