Highly Professional

Highly motivated and honest professional
From our first meeting with Daniel he came across as a highly motivated and honest professional. He was always available if we needed to discuss any issue and always kept us updated through both verbal and written reports. He provided expert advice at all times through every aspect of the sales process and his knowledge of the area and the buyers ultimately lead to a record sale price being achieved for our family home. Go with the best
Doreen sold my first property in the Eastern Suburbs 3 years ago, negotiating a sale price that was beyond my expectation prior to auction. When I had another property to sell in Cammeray recently, I had no hesitation but to engage Doreen again. She managed various contractors to give the property a face lift prior to viewing, including painting, gardening and styling which were all completed efficiently and cost effectively. The feedback from interested buyers was amazing, and the property sold prior to auction (after only the second viewing) for a price that I am extremely happy with. Doreen is a true professional, a pleasure to work with, and the best in the business! She is my Real Estate Agent of choice.

Being real.
Being real. This is what I appreciated most of all. Knowing a realistic price for my property was essential if I was to make the decision to sell - because my long-term future depended on an accurate assessment of the sale price. Alexander not only gave me a realistic price, he bettered it. He also carried his philosophy of being real throughout the whole process of negotiation, never sweating the small stuff, shielding me from unnecessary stress by only discussing genuine offers from buyers ready to go. Add to this a bright, efficient team, and the whole experience was excellent. I certainly recommend PPD to anyone selling their home.
