We did a alot of research into who we wanted to sell our house and Daniel has a great review and he didn't disappoint! He was consistently on time and always contactable. In fact we would joke every time he came for an open home or meeting as he was so precise with time! He was always honest and without fail every Monday we would have a full report of the previous week's open home and knew every step of the way where we stood. Both him and Janae make a fantastic team! On the day they came in to take photos we were inundated with colleagues of Daniel's (buyers agents etc) and that's when I knew we were headed in the right direction. We have sold before and had plenty experience with agents but we couldn't fault Daniel and Janae! the day when we received offers Daniel helped us to achieve a great result with alot of negotiating on our behalf...
