Debbie priced the property well compared with nearby properties and negotiated honestly to secure a good deal for all parties. She worked quickly to get the deal done and i felt comfortable that she wasn't going to play games. She facilitated an early viewing before the property went to market but at no point did i feel that she was taking advantage of our obvious interest to raise the price higher. A pleasure to deal with. I'd absolutely recommend anyone looking to buy or sell in Bundeena to talk to Debbie first.
