She's always available, knows exactly where you're at in the selling process, and is determined to hunt down the best price possible - all while being very personable and utterly professional. Her assistant Will was also great with going the extra mile to keep everything running smoothly. I was really impressed with the marketing collateral put together by PPD; it was the perfect description of my property and far better than other marketing I've seen for similar properties. We had never sold a house in Australia before so were on a steep learning curve. Jason helped us to understand the process, and listened to our perspective really well. He explained what we needed to do to prepare the house for sale, including detailing the inspections required, and introducing us to a firm skilled in making the house look its best for sale. He recommended a law firm. He answered messages promptly. He set realistic expectations of an achievable sales price because he understood the local market very well; when it came to the pre-auction negotiation process he was pro-active, informative and skilled, and gave us wise advice.
