Sean was, from the moment we contacted him, through to the sale - sharp, knowledgable, super responsive, genuine, and professional; we could completely leave everything in his hands and knew it would be handled in the best way possible for our sale. We also had some sticky moments with our tenants resistance to open homes etc and Sean bent over backward to diplomatically handle all the tension here and went the extra mile. He and his team are the most switched-on agents I have met and also importantly didn't try and knock us down for a quick sale as some others would but advised us to hold out when they thought offers had not met the market.
