We engaged Christian as he came recommended from mutual friends. From day one Christian was awesome. He talked us through the process and expectations before we were obligated in any way. Once we committed to him been our agent he was very quick and clear with what he needed to get is on market asap in a declining market. We were online within a week including painting, cleaning, styling and photography. From first viewings he got interested parties engaged and included us along the way. We sold for a good price with shorter settlement in a week and three weeks before auction. Would definitely recommend for those who like a no bullshit process, which is hard to come by with Sydney real estate.
