Trustworthy agent who was enjoyable to work with and generated a strong outcome

Chris approached me after selling another townhouse in the block. I was very impressed by his persistence and his knowledge of the local market. Chris’ approach is data driven, he was constantly sharing feedback on how we were tracking with impressions, call-backs, open houses and contracts – helping to paint a picture of the campaign momentum and assess how we were going. When it came to purchasers bidding, Chris advocated for me strongly – without his guidance, I was willing to accept an early offer which was $100k less than the final price. Chris encouraged me to be patient, look at the data and to trust him to continue to speak with vendors. Overall, very happy with my decision to engage Chris and enjoyed his approach and humour through the process. Highly recommend.
