Achieving a record price for a unit in the block is really quite impressive. And to get that result we were guided through a small make over including the arranging of a decorator to provide temporary furnishings.Made it all so easy to present the apartment at its best and what a result. Great communicator and when it came to final negotiations with buyer gave clear advice. Could not recommend highly enough.
