I chose to go with Catharina from a recommendation I had received. She is the most honest, thorough and go-getter agent I have come across in a long time. Catharina is super bubbly, uses her initiative and doesn't wait for an opportunity to come to her, she is proactive in chasing clients and the best deal for you. She was always prompt with calls, updated me regularly and was very transparent with the whole sales process. I found she didn't sugarcoat figures, she was realistic about pricing whilst always being proactive in getting the best figure for me. I've dealt with a few agents and Catharina is by far the best I've come across in Ballarat, I would highly recommend her.
