We were very happy dealing with Richard and will engage him again, and recommend him to anyone.
We engaged Richard to give an appraisal on our properties about 2 years ago and was impressed by his honesty, professionalism and knowledge of the Ballarat property market. So earlier this year when we decided to look at selling one, we contacted Richard to have a discussion on where we thought the property was at value wise, and both of our estimates were similar. On the back of this we decided to list the property with Richard. Richard did a wonderful job under extremely difficult circumstances because of covid restictions, liasing with our tenants to get it listed on line, at a higher price than we had originally agreed. The day after listing Richard had 3 very good offers all above the asking price, one of which we accepted. We are very happy with the result. Richard displayed a great deal patience and professionalism through this difficult period.

Fantastic and professional as always!!
We have used Chris four times for property transactions (both buy and sell), and to be honest would not trust anyone else. From a buying and selling perspective, he is professional, supportive, trustworthy, honest and fully transparent. Chris follows up throughout the entire process and as a buyer and seller puts your mind at ease. What really impresses me with Chris is that when you are selling a property I feel he advocates for both parties involved. Thanks again Chris. It won’t be our last transaction I’m sure.

Very professional
Jake was very professional and friendly. During a time that can be stressful he was encouraging and positive. Best real estate agent in Ballarat
Prd has sold 7 units and a house for us. Penny was very knowledgeable about our properties and the market. She answered any questions we had with respect. She would always call after every open for inspections. She was very confident on who was interested in the properties and who weren’t. If ypu want to sell in Ballarat call Penny, you won’t regret it.

Friendly positive attitude excellent knowlege
As a family dealing with a very stressful time by sorting out an age cared facility for our Mum, Damien was wonderful, he had a very caring nature when dealing with Mum and ourselves. First class service and result
From the beginning, Catarina demonstrated her knowledge and guided me with expertise to make what can be an overwhelming process so simplistic. She was accurate with her price guide and recommendations for minor repairs and touch ups to present the property in the best possible way. Living in Melbourne, it was important to find an agent I could trust to look after the property in my absence, she went to the property early in the morning before the open home to turn on the ducted heating for our buyers and I was confident that when she left the house was locked up and safe. After a successful first home open, Catarina spent all day Monday following up all groups which resulted in multiple offers with the property selling the next day! She kept us very well informed each step of the way and made the whole process seamless. She dedicated 100% of herself throughout the process and I couldn’t be happier with the result and the speed at which the sale and settlement occurred - yet confident she achieved a great result. I highly recommend Catarina for anyone looking to sell.
