We listed our property with PRD National Creswick and dealt with Tash. A very professional job with great communication and reporting on progress of marketing, inspections and finalization of sale of our property, would highly recommend her as an agent to deal with.

Damian made the process enjoyable and was readily available to answer questions when needed. Damian also went out of his way on weekends to facilitate additional inspections at our request. It was very much appreciated! Thank you to Damian and the PRD team!

Our home was recently sold by Damian Shackell from PRD Nationwide. This was our first selling experience - I felt Damian had great market knowledge and was very reasonable with his estimations. During the selling process he was very informative and made regular contact to keep us updated. Damian went the extra mile with the couple purchasing our property, showing them around the local area and really making them feel at home. I highly recommend contacting Damian if you are looking to sell your home. Overall flawless experience.

Chris is highly professional with a sound knowledge of rural properties and how to sell them. We had a unique property with a view which he displayed to best advantage, and sold the property in a week .

Very professional but with a great endearing and caring approach. Nothing is a problem and Penny puts herself available at any time for vendors. If I had 10 houses to sell I would give them all to her to sell as she was constantly in contact and very reassuring with every viewing

PRD were a pleasure to deal with at all times. Tash was on to all the issues from day 1. With full disclosure of all aspects of the sale process, she kept us up to date with information, offers and requirements as it happened. Tash's intimate knowledge of the local market was invaluable in achieving the sale of our house within 4 days of it going live on realestate.com.au. Would highly recommend Tash for your own real estate journey.

Catharina has been amazing from start to finish. Being easy to contact by either call, message or email and quick to respond every time. Catharina has a plethora of realestate knowledge that she didn't even have to scratch the sides of to help us buying a new home. Catharina had great recommendations in regards to building inspections and conveyancers as we are new to Ballarat and do not know whom to go to. Catharina has been ontop of our finances by messaging our home loan provider consistently to make sure that we are not forgotten. With Catharina's help we were able to get our finance processed in time. Would 10/ 10 recommend!

I had been aware of Chris for some time as his results always seemed superior to other agents. When it came time to sell my farm, I gave Chris a call for an appraisal which came in higher than I thought it would and less than a week on the market it sold for what he said it would. I judge people by their actions and Chris' actions were outstanding and professional. Highly recommend him.
