Great communicator and alway listens to the clients concerns.
Tim preformed an excellent job negotiating with potential buyers. He always shared information that was appreciated by all parties involved with the sale. This is the second house Tim has sold on our behalf and I have no hesitation in recommending him to other people interested in selling their property. A very professional realestate agent.

Professional, honest and easy to deal with
We met Richard while looking for a home to buy and he was very Professional, honest and easy to deal with. We ended up buying that house and asking him to sell our old home for us, He knows the market well, kept us informed the whole way through, and worked hard to get the best outcome possible. Professional, reliable and genuinely easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling.
