Penny was very easy to deal with on all levels. Her friendly approachable nature makes you feel comfortable from the start to end of sale. She is easy to contact and works very hard to get the right price. I really appreciate all she has done for my sales experience with her, and would recommend her to any buyer or seller.

Catharin was very dedicated, committed, no communication gap, no false promises, energetic and trustworthy person. She never put her clients down and try to provide the output as she promised. I was so happy when my land got sold to my expectations.

Chris has excellent knowledge of the area and the property. My wife and I purchased during covid 19 lockdown, so the amount of questions I had for chris were increased extensively. Chris had the answers to 95% of my questions and followed up very quickly the other 5% (well outside of business hours at times) to supply the answer correctly and promptly. Chris is a professional and it shows in the way he conducts business. Thanks Chris.

What can I say?! Richard has been an absolute champion throughout the whole process of buying our first home. Not only was he extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about the property we were viewing, he made sure he communicated very clearly between us and the vendors when we needed it the most. He was a major influence on the whole operation and we are extremely grateful for his efforts and care. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to either buy or sell their property. Thanks Rich

If you need one name in Real Estate , Chris Leonard is your man ! He was professional but there is a difference I just couldn’t put my finger on it at first meeting . I realise now after selling with him , it was straight forward, confident and an easy process. We looked forward to his phone calls , because he genuinely cared and listened to our needs. A true gentleman! We sold our home in less than a week of being listed .. The process was considered , relaxed and personable .. Thank you PRD.. But more to the point , Chris Leonard ..

My experience dealing with Catharina was exceptional from first initial contact until final settlement. Catharina‘s patience and amount of time she dedicated to me was endless, she answered every query promptly and explained all relative details succinctly. I would highly recommend Catharina to anyone who is looking to purchase in the Ballarat region and would definitely deal with her again. A truely dedicated agent to not only PRD but also to her vendor and purchaser alike. Thank you for making this experience a totally stress free one.

Catharina has been really energetic and positive through the whole process of selling our house. She has been proactive at every step whether it be ensuring things are closed out from our end, or checking up with potential buyers. She has been a pleasure to talk to and we would certainly recommend her as an agent to anyone looking to sell their house.

As first time homebuyers, our knowledge was limited and having already endured some awful experiences with other real estates agents and conveyancers and brokers, we were feeling pretty disillusioned. Penny was a complete flip. She was wonderfully friendly, supportive and informative. She kept me up to date and checked in from time to time which was very reassuring. My partner and I are very happy to have purchased our first home through Penny and she made sure it was a joyful experience for us in the end. It wasn’t just another job or pay check, she had genuine interest in assisting us as buyers. I will happily use her services in the future.
