We had had previous interest from varied agents regarding the sale of our property, but once we sat with Michael everything seemed straightforward, streamlined and felt right. Thanks Michael for listening, understanding and your guidance through this emotional time for us as a family. We very much appreciate your time, judgement and team work on a whole from PRD has been an enjoyable experience.

Couldn’t be happier with the result. Damian was great to deal with from day one - clear communication, quick to respond and always kept me in the loop. He made the whole process feel straightforward and under control, and I was really happy with the price he achieved. Also a big thanks to Fiona for her help throughout the campaign. She was always responsive and great to deal with. Would definitely recommend them.

I recently worked with Peter to sell my property and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, he took the time to carefully plan the sale with me, making sure every detail was considered. Peter was approachable, easy to communicate with, and made what can be a stressful process feel completely manageable. The results he achieved were outstanding, and I truly felt like I was in great hands throughout. I'd highly recommend Peter to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate agent.

Damian was excellent to work with throughout the entire process. His honesty stood out immediately, and he consistently provided clear, balanced advice by explaining both the advantages and disadvantages of different strategies. What I appreciated most was that there was no overpromising, just a well thought-out plan and realistic expectations. Importantly, he delivered on exactly what he said he would achieve, which is rare and speaks to his experience and integrity. Communication was prompt and consistent from start to finish, which made the process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Damian to anyone looking for a reliable and transparent agent.
