When I first Richard to get an appraisal on the property he took the time to to thoroughly review the property and listen to the story of the property which has been in our family for close to 50 years. I had three agents appraise the property and while Richards appraisal was not the highest, I felt it was the most reasonable, not over the top or unrealistic and within the range that our own reseach had found. His sales strategy proposal seemed sensible and not over the top. Prior to the property actually being listed, Richard had found a possible purchaser and asked if we would be interested in letting them have a walk through even though we had not quite completed our preparation for when the property was to be listed. This viewing of the property ultimately led to those people making an offer on the property and with some fairly straight forward negotiation, we settled on an agreed price that both the purchaser and my family were mutally happy with. Once the sale was locked in the rest went quite smoothly and the transition to settlement wet without a hicup. My family and I are very happy with the outcome as is the new owners. A Win Win for both parties. Thank you Richard we would certainly look you up again.

Catharina was such a pleasure to meet and I would recommend her to anyone considering real estate in Ballarat.I appreciated her people skills and kindness , she went over and beyond her role and we were treated as friends. Coming from out off town, it was hard to know where to start but Catharina made the process very easy. I need not have had the sleepless nights as everything fell in place smoothly for us but I appreciate all the hard work behind the scenes. Catharina always read us correctly as to the type of process that would be comfortable and work best for us. The property went for far more than we had expected and to a Ballarat person so we are very happy. Thankyou so much.
