I was totally surprised at how honest, open, friendly and professional Tim was. His knowledge of the process was brilliant and he communicated all the technical things to me in a language I understood well ,given my age and lack of experience in buying a house this made me feel very comfortable. It was a very easy and stress free event for me. I would go to Tim if I were selling in the future and recommend him to friends. My partner and I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris while trying to buy our first home, as we were buying interstate it was very difficult to try and view homes but Chris was the only agent we had organise a viewing on a weekend for us. Once I decided to purchase a property, I then had to discover the steps I needed to take. There was the need for a bank loan, then a solicitor was required, and finally all the requirements of the vendor had to be met. All of this was a little daunting and rather confusing at times, particularly the jargon, especially the legal language. Ebony was excellent at explaining everything to me, and was genuinely interested and patient to go over things that I had forgotten or not quite fully understood. At every step of the process, I felt welcome and comfortable to reach out to ask my questions, and I was frequently contacted to be advised of progress and general inquiry to see how I was going and if I had any questions that may have arisen since previous discussion. Ebony has been a terrific guide, and I’m sure, just as excited for me as I have been in becoming a homeowner. It is without a doubt, Ebony has made the experience of buying my home a pleasant and exciting journey.

Throughout years of renting and then looking to buy in the market I dealt with a lot of agents but none have ever come close to Damien! From our first interaction Damien was so accommodating and welcoming. Unlike others Damien never made us feel pushed into buying or tried to push the property on us the conversations we had you could tell he was talking from his heart and it was truely what he thought.
