We commenced our sales journey with Luke and Damien. Luke provided the initial sales guidelines for the marketing plan. From the outset it was suggested that as we already had a working relationship with Damien it would be appropriate for them to work as a team to maximise the outcome. Damien and Luke worked collaboratively to achieve the sale. They were extremely professional and very knowledgeable when offering support and advice. Both had a supportive caring approach as we were negotiating two properties, one to sell and the other to purchase. Luke gave up personal time over Easter to ensure the property was open for inspection. Damien has ensured that negotiations have gone smoothly with the maximum possible outcome achieved. It has been a delight working with these two PRD representatives both of whom I would happily recommend.
