We could not be happier with how our sale went with Jake. He went above and beyond in every way possible and secured us a very quick sale in an extremely difficult market that saw comparative properties sitting for 6 month+ with no sale. We are first home buyers and new to Ballarat, a lot of anxiety around buying a new property, a workplace colleague referred us to Damien. He was aware of our situation and was very helpful in guiding us at each stage. He was culturally sensitive and accommodated our request for cultural ceremonies at the new house. We have found some defects in the inspection report that need to be fixed by the builder and Damien was helpful in liaising with the builder and got them look into most of it before the settlement date. We have no experience in buying properties, we felt we might not have come across a better agent than Damien in all honesty.
