I recently experienced the process of purchasing a new property through PRD with Tash as the agent and my experience with her was outstanding, I couldn't recommend her enough! Great communication and understanding the whole way through.

Tim was really great. I think it being my first home he really took the time to explain things when I didn’t necessarily understand the process overall I couldn’t have asked for anyone better

From the moment that I made the decision to sell my house and contacted Tim he has made the whole process as smooth as possible. I would recommend Tim to my friends to handle any property sales.

Chris is super friendly, and a great, reliable communicator. Goes above and beyond to support with everything within the buyer process and even gave us a number for someone to help with reno work. Chris is a lovely human who really wants everyone to benefit, is trustworthy and down to earth.

Tash has actually been a very good agent, but unfortunately, she referred us to a conveyancer who is acting against our clear instructions and is currently jeopardising the sale of our property. She also referred us to a building inspector which was a very good referral, and we would thank for her that referral. Clearly it is critical that referrals are made only to competent professionals.

Service with a smile and very personable, good knowledge and very positive on outcome relating to sale.
