Sahe focussed on how she would achieve the outcome I wanted and how we could achieve them. For example, I spoke to a couple of other agents, who wanted to tell me about the ‘size of their database’ and ‘how many clicks they'd get’. Catharina focussed instead on the work she would do to convert clicks in to buy offers, by describing the features of my property ensuring they resonate with buyers to leading to action.
