Grace sold our property in Narwee while we were living in the US. PRD had been managing the property for us for over seven years. Managing a sale at a distance like this is difficult. There were a number of times we were frustrated because we received last minute requests or conflicting information, or requests for information held by PRD because of the rental information (the two sides didn't seem to talk to each other much!). This is why I've downgraded the rating by a star. However, in the end, everything was done, the auction went smoothly, Grace was very friendly and responsive throughout, and was able to get all of the repairs, maintenance and certificates done on our behalf. I suspect things along the way would have been less frustrating if we were in the same timezone or otherwise nearby to handle some things more easily ourselves, but I expect it would have been the same with any other agent.
