During that period Andrew happily provided time for further inspection of my future home by members of my family and was more than willing to fit his schedule around ours. When it came time for the purchase to proceed, Andrew and his team were happy to negotiate on finer points of detail such as the removal of a tree that was decaying. He also arranged for me to rent the property for a short period prior to settlement in order that the purchasers of my original property had early access to what was to become their new home. Andrew and his team were always polite and agreeable to deal with and his office staff always followed up on any queries I had. It was a pleasure to deal with them.
