I am very grateful for the support provided by Jason, Guy and the rest of the team at PRD. This was my first time selling but I felt very much that I was in safe hands throughout the process. They were patient, kind and answered all my questions. Plus they secured a sale very quickly at a price higher than expected. I am very happy that I chose PRD and cannot recommend them highly enough.

From my first introduction to Jason and after explaining the circumstances and complication of my forthcoming sale, Jason and I formulated a plan for the sale. At all stages of the process I was guided by Jason and he modified the process as changes in the market occurred to reflect those changes. This allowed a timely and efficient marketing of my property with a great outcome.

Jason and his team were exceptional to deal with from the beginning to the end of the sales process. His approach and knowledge gave me confidence we would get a great price for our home - and he delivered! We do not live in the same state as the property, so having someone guide us and keep us informed on progress was even more important. I felt informed at all stages and trusted his advice and judgement. In fact, it has been the easiest process of selling a property I have experienced and highly recommend his services. Thanks Jason!
